Weekend

I must say this have got to be our all time favourite - LAMS kitchen at Marina Square. Their abalone noodles with Japanese egg and baked chicken thighs are so yummy. Never get sick of eating them every Sunday after service and best there is no crowd at all.
a new drink stall called R&B tea that sells infused fruit tea that are imported from Taiwan. very refreshing and is filled with real fruits like watermelon, orange and lemon. very apt for the sunny singapore but it very heavy to hold the drink and you definitely need to share the drink else can't finish. little LX had the watermelon 🍉 and kept asking for more.
couldn't miss out on her zoomov ride with her papa.
we went to the cookie museum because my cousin gifted me a tin of the cranberries previously and i love it. Sad to say, the cookies are all seasonal and they changes their flavour every three months. The SA told me that's the reason why they are called the cookie museum cause they actually archived the cookie recipe and never make the same again.

look who's so happy having free flow sampling of cookies.
craved in and indulged in buying a tin of cookies. we got the pistachios with white chocolate and apple. they make really nice cookies with no eggs and low sugar content. packaging also very pretty but why so expensive! aargh..
made a visit down to Boutique Fair at the F1 pits, the home decor stuff are really nice! the rugs from Tan Boon Liat are so pretty and it comes in smaller size 120cm x 70cm that are so suitable for nursery room. #dayremummies who are in the midst of decorating the room can go have a look and they do have it in bigger size for #dayrehomes too! I'm so tempted to buy them home but resisted. Trying hard to be minimalist.
Kerry & Mase - Baby children clothes that are handmade locally, organic too. Wanted to grab some clothes for LX but my partner in crime reminded me that my MIL can actually sew those design. Quite true!
I forgotten the name of this vendor but they had really nice wooden animal toys that are very pretty and light. They sell bamboo plates and bowl that are safe for the kiddos and in very nice prints.
trying out the clothes at "our second nature" pop up booth. the skirt is quite nice but I'm a little too short for it and can see my tummy. matchy matchy stripes. wanted to get a black dress but there isn't my size left on the rack, was asked to order it online. ended up both of us left the fair empty handed = savings! we deserve a pat on the shoulders! lol
after lots of walking, is time for a break at the assembly ground. the food quite nice! is the first time I had apple crumble that is nice. not too sweet and apparently the strawberry blush smoothie quite popular, spotted many tables having the same.
continue shopping for a little more before resuming mama duties. had such a good time catching up and can't remember when is the last time we take our time to slowly shop/look around together freely without our kolas bear.
