Sunday Market

I find joy in blogging and definitely am missing this space! 

Been spending time to do some spring cleaning in my room, throwing away things and tidying them up.

In a month's time, house renovation should be almost done! Yippee.

All thanks to the husband who are doing the research on which/what to buy, knowing that I can't take the heat and dust, he took leave himself to settle the aircon and wardrobe, bringing me around to choose the furniture and appliances. He even learned how to shop on Taobao! Couldn't have done all these without him and I can't wait to see how our little humble home will turn out to be like.

The other day, we had some time in between appointments and so we decided to go try out Sunday Market.

I like how they have a chinese shop name  "週日市场“.

This place is quite spacious, we only waited for like 5mins to be seated on a Saturday afternoon.

We ordered Cookies and Cream milkshake with waffles and ice cream.

Choice of ice cream are Matcha Green Tea and Honey & Fig.

If I were to go again the next time, I will try the savory waffles and toast instead!

They have quite interesting food on the menu and which i think is worth a try!

hOhohoho.. is the month of October! my first entry. (:

Summary of this week! i watched Phobia 2 which is recommended by my cousin's bf's friend. Is pretty stupid and not link in some of the stories but i think the last story is the nicest of all and it did really make us laugh out loud! Is our first date together. haa. After the movie we had mos burger for dinner! Finally some photos to share !

I am superwoman! Sunday i reached home at 2am , bath den straight to slp! woke up at 7am for work and after work went out with my cousin! so tues and wed is a rest day after work! i think i suffering from the hangover of f1. haha. And yesterday, i finally met up with miss tan at shaw. We had yummy and cheap Thai food and it is seriously comparable to Thai express which is so so much over rated and expensive!! And this is something that i made for her! (: hope she likes it!

let me show u my 4.50sgd phat thai! haha. super worth it! no GST and service charge! haha and the tom yam soup is nice too and is a big pot of it. miss tan had glass noodle which is same price as mine! (: and sinful cause we were so full and couldn't finish and i ate 6 prawns in total since miss tan dun eat seafood!

after dinner we went opposite for Tom's Palette which is the second ice cream that i had tried on my  list which i posted earlier on. hehe and i tell u is really nice! i tried the blueberry cheesecake and granny's favourite and i totally love e granny's favourite which is a chocolate ice cream with malt. super yummy and the price is so so reasonable! definitely worth MANY tries!

we shopped ard after all the eating! and i pyscho her to buy 1 dress and 1 top! haha and home sweet home after that. Despite being so tired, we can't seemed to hail a cab home! miss tan is the curse. ahha. I can even stand on the road, so u can imagine there is no car at all! aha

Udders Novena Ice Cream

On the lazy Sunday afternoon, had a short meet up with lover to Udders Novena for the highly rave ice cream. It was pretty packed since it was a public holiday! We tried the mao shan wang durian , lychee martini, tiramisu and chocolate mash mellow. The scope was really big hence it is seriously worth the money. Furthermore, we had it with a waffles.  So it was 4 scope of ice cream with waffles and cost only $14 with a lil discount from lover's friend. (: So AFTER the ice cream, i was so FULL FULL FULL. After that we even shared a mac nuggets meal and done a lil daiso shopping. So i went home and did a lil scrapping on album that i bought long ago when i started scrapping , so i decided not to hoard the materials anymore and make good use of it. heee.

Rum and Raisins is definitely Ice Cream Gallery's Cream of the Crop. By the way, you should try the combination of Rum and Raisins with Chocolate as suggested by holydrummer. Not good, VERY good!
