Back then, I decided to ballot for a flat since everyone said it was difficult to get a queue number. Lucky us. Got it the very first time. I remembered we didn't really research on which block and which direction we should be taking. We based on what our fathers told us and picked the flat since it was pretty rush as we are asked to pick the flat one day after I'm back from my Europe trip. Been waiting for this since 2011! So finally we got the keys on 14th July 2014.

Many said we are so thick skin to asked the HDB officer to take this photo when they saw this. But hey! the officer automatically offered to snap a photo for us! To begin with, she is pretty young and more excited than we are. So yea :)

It is bare and raw as of now. Super small and cosy place.
We
are very slow in our progress, had not found a contractor. Waiting to
discuss with our friend cum ID only this coming Saturday. Going to take
things slow and target to move in by end of this year.
